Answer
What's the difference between an AI feature and an AI product?
Short answer
An AI feature is a single capability added to an existing product (for example, 'add AI search'). An AI product is a complete system — data pipeline, models, workflows, interface, and production operations — where multiple capabilities work together. Plenaura builds both, but the compounding value is in connected systems.

A feature solves one narrow task. A product solves a whole workflow, and the capabilities reinforce each other — which is exactly what makes it hard for competitors to replicate.
The practical test: if removing the AI would break a real workflow your users depend on, it's a product. If it's a nice-to-have bolted on the side, it's a feature.
